Rob has also presented on the topics of skill acquisition, Ecological Theory, and Information Processing Theory. Rob Gray holds a doctorate in psychology and teaches motor learning theory and psychology coursework at Arizona State University (ASU). Rob is also the host of the Action Perception Podcast, a great resource for coaches, rehabilitation professionals, and researchers.

Lee has created multiple certifications for speed and agility coaches including the CSAC Certified Speed and Agility Coach and as well as sport specific certifications for basketball and tennis. Lee has a history as a coach and physical education teacher. Lee earned his Master's of Sport Science in Sport Coaching from the United States Sports Academy and has also gone through a biomechanics fellowship known as the GIFT program through the Gray Institute.

Ryan Crotin, PhD, CSCS, USAW is a strength and conditioning coach, researcher, educator, and innovator in the areas of athletic development and sport specific preparation for baseball players and pitchers. Dr. Croton has worked with MLB organizations in multiple capacities on both the strength and conditioning side and in leadership roles. He holds a PhD in biomechanics and exercise physiology from the University at Buffalo and has completed a postdoctoral fellowship in orthopedic biomechanics at the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to his work as a researcher, consultant, and coach he has worked to develop armcare.com which is a company designed to assist athletes, clinicians, and coaches in better measuring arm health and applying corrective exercises.
