Dave Coggin is a former Major League Pitcher for the Philadelphia Phillies and is the owner of PFA Baseball and Pocket Path. Dave's facility is located in southern California. They work primarily with baseball players including many MLB, MILB, and Collegiate throwers. Dave's new product the Pocket Path is something we dive into in this podcast. The majority of this podcast will dive into pitching mechanics and how we can begin to improve throwing mechanics.
