Greg is a clinician and educator running courses on running injuries and his famous Reconciling Biomechanics with Pain Science course.

Darrin Smith is a professor and athletic trainer. Darrin has been a collegiate athletic trainer and is currently a professor in the Masters of Science in Athletic Training at Concordia University Wisconsin and is the director of the post-professional Masters of Science in Health Sciences program at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. Darrin earned his athletic training degree at Concordia University Wisconsin, his masters degree in exercise science at Western Illinois University, and his PhD in athletic training at Rocky Mountain University.

Zach Dechant BS, CSCS, SCCC, USAW is a senior strength and conditioning coach at Texas Christian University (TCU). Zach, as the author of Movement Over Maxes, is one of the rising minds in training of the throwing athlete. He works with baseball players and quarterbacks at TCU. In this episode we will talk about managing workload over the course of the season and calendar year as well as improving throwing mechanics through increasing athleticism. Additionally we dive into patterning with plyocare balls for quarterbacks. Utilizing plyoballs in training for quarterbacks is a novel approach that we can gain a lot from.
