Dave Tomsich is the Director of Sports Rehabilitation at the Detroit Pistons Performance Center in Detroit Michigan. Dave holds Doctorate, Masters, and Bachelors degrees in physical therapy and is board certified in sports rehabilitation. In addition to his role at Henry Ford's Pistons Performance Center he also is a professor of biomechanics at Oakland University and Wayne State University. Dave brings a wealth of information on biomechanics and exercise to the conversation in this episode.
